At GTC, we are a team of dedicated Occupational Therapists with over 20 years of collective experience in the NDIS sector. Established in 2024, our primary goal at GTC is to empower individuals to reach their NDIS goals and aspirations. With a background in various NDIS settings, we recognise the significance of individualised assistance in helping our participants attain their desired outcomes.

Alex

Alex is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in assisting adolescents and adults in reaching their individual goals. With a focus on the mental health field, Alex is dedicated to helping individuals in various settings such as their residences, workplaces, and within the community. Drawing from a wealth of expertise, Alex conducts thorough assessments and tailors progressive interventions to promote success among those under his care. He equips his clients with essential tools and effective strategies for continuous enhancement in their day-to-day activities.

Aaron

Having graduated from Deakin University in 2018, Aaron is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults facing physical and psychosocial challenges. Over the past 5 years, Aaron has been dedicated to the NDIS sector, serving participants and their families in the Geelong, Colac, and Ballarat regions. His areas of expertise include forensic rehabilitation, mental health support, assistive technology, home modifications, SIL, and SDA. Aaron's passion lies in enhancing participants' quality of life by implementing tailored therapy approaches to help them achieve their personal and NDIS objectives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the farm with his loyal Border Collie, Neville, or unwinding with a game of golf.

Georgia

Georgia is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. She is passionate about empowering adolescents and adults to build independence in all areas of daily living. Georgia has experience in supporting her participants with developing their capacity to engage in meaningful activities at home and in the community. Georgia has completed professional development training in Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and is also a trained facilitator of the Secret Agent Society Group Program. Georgia values the importance of a person-centred therapy approach and strives to support each participant in achieving their goals.

Stephanie

Steph is an Occupational Therapist with experience in working with both adolescents and adults. She supports individuals to overcome physical and psychosocial challenges by providing personalised interventions to support them in reaching their goals. Steph specialises in life skills development, mental health support, social skills and fostering independent living skills. She is also experienced in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments, and Support Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments. Steph is also a trained facilitator in the evidence based PEERS program for teens and young adults.
